Isn’t it just like a roving pack of vampires to suck up all the good stuff and slink away under the cover of night?

After spending months filming in the greater Vancouver area, there will be no “Twilight” love shown in Canada when the stars of the saga du jour set out on a 15-date mall tour to promote the second film in the series, “New Moon.”

The mall tour, which is certain to feature many a screaming teenage girl, starts in Los Angeles on Nov. 6 and concludes in New York on Nov. 19, but a stop in Seattle is the closest Canadians will get to the pack of vampires who will be roving North America (but apparently not all of it).

The tour might be a bit of a farce, anyway. The big trio (pictured above) — and, really, that’s who everyone wants to see — might not even be there. Details are sketchy, though. Find out more here.

Maybe this is the thanks Canada gets after the cast was hunted by “vultures” and “rogue tourists” while filming in and around Vancouver.
