That’s a trick question. Canada has no president, it has a Prime Minister and his name is Stephen Harper (at least that’s what Wikipedia says).

For too long, we Americans have paid too little attention to our neighbors to the north and Canadian of the Week is one way to say, “Thanks, eh!”
