“30 Rock” might be looking for join “How I Met Your Mother” when it comes to cracking Canadian jokes.

Tina Fey & Co. introduced a new character, a Canadian actor named Danny who’s overly polite, doesn’t understand sarcasm and, as we saw on Thursday night, is nominated for a Juno (along with “Sir David Coulier”) for having penned the psych-up song that’s played at Ottawa Senators games.
